A pullout couch in the living space adds a queen bed to this suite, making it ideal for small families (or parents visiting a student who needs a break from campus life). Featuring between 640 and 790 square feet of space—and thoughtfully appointed with king beds, queen pullout sofa beds, and dedicated living spaces—the Aspen One-Bedroom Suites can connect to adjoining King or Two-Queen rooms to accommodate larger parties. Our Two-Bedroom Suites on the top floor, offering 970-1,060 square feet of space, command corner positions that frame stunning wraparound views of both CU's historic campus and the dramatic Flatirons. Each suite’s generous living area flows around a full-sized dining table, creating a flexible gathering space. Guests have the option to connect with adjoining King or Two-Queen rooms. For small families, the Flatiron Bunk Room, at 270 square feet, is a playful way to settle in during your stay. Bunks feature a queen-size bed plus an elevated twin, and Bunk Rooms can be connected to an adjacent King Room for larger families and groups.
